HeTracks for men who pay attention
A daily brief on the woman you love

Most men guess.
You know.

HeTracks tells you where she is in her cycle and exactly how to show up: what she is likely feeling, what to do, what to skip, and one thing to ask her. One question to start. Two minutes a day after that.

Free and fully unlocked while HeTracks is in early access. Runs in your browser, nothing to install. We ask for your email on the way in, and that is the only thing that ever leaves your device.

Or get it on your phone

Phone apps are coming for iPhone and Android, with the daily card on your lock screen. Leave your email and we will tell you when it is ready. We store the address to send you that one message, we never sell or share it, and replying "remove" takes you off the list for good.

Real guidance from the app, day 24 of 28
How it works
Step 01

Ask her one thing

"When did your last period start?" That date is the whole setup, and asking it out loud is the point. She knows you use this.

Step 02

Read one card a day

Where she is, what she is likely feeling, one thing to do, one thing to go easy on, one thing to ask. Twenty seconds.

Step 03

Tap once a month

When her period starts, one tap. HeTracks learns her real rhythm instead of assuming the textbook 28 days.

From the early testers

"I used to think I was attentive. Turns out I was just observant when it suited me."

Ben, 39

"My girlfriend asked why I'd suddenly become so thoughtful. I hadn't changed overnight, I was just paying attention."

Liam, 29

"The daily prompt gave me something practical to do instead of guessing. That alone reduced so many pointless arguments."

Chris, 37

"It never felt creepy because she knew I was using it. It became something we laughed about together."

Tom, 31

"It's not about predicting her. It's about remembering she's having a different experience to me."

Matt, 35

"It's amazing how much difference two minutes a day makes."

James, 34

Her cycle is her business.
This app makes you better at yours.

No account. No cloud. No servers to breach and nothing to sell. Everything HeTracks knows lives on your own device, and you can copy a backup or erase all of it in two taps.

And she knows you use it. That is the one rule of the whole thing. HeTracks is built for men who pay attention in the open, never in secret.

What we do hold: your email address, and only that. It is stored so we can tell you when the phone apps arrive. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for anything else, and you can have it deleted at any time by replying to any message we send. Everything about her stays on your device, where we cannot reach it even if we wanted to.

Straight answers
Isn't this a bit creepy?

Only if it were secret, and it is not built to be. She knows you use it, nothing leaves your phone, there is no account and no cloud. This is the opposite of surveillance: it is homework.

Do I have to give you my email?

Yes, once, on the way into the app, and it is the only thing HeTracks ever sends anywhere. Her dates, her profile and everything you enter stay on your own device: no account, no password, no cloud copy of her cycle. We use the address to tell you when the phone apps are ready, and nothing else.

Does she need to install anything?

No. You ask her one question, when her last period started, and that is the entire setup. Her phone stays out of it completely.

What does it cost?

Nothing. The web app is free and fully unlocked while HeTracks is in early access, and there will always be a free version. Apps for iPhone and Android are coming later and those will be paid, but nothing is being asked of you today.

What if her cycle is irregular?

Only about one woman in eight runs the textbook 28 days, so HeTracks learns from the dates you actually mark rather than assuming. If the data goes stale it tells you and stops guessing, instead of inventing a phase.

What if she is on the pill?

Then there is no natural cycle to map, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. HeTracks switches to steady mode and gives you one good way to show up every day instead.

The movement

#HeTracks

This is bigger than an app. It is a quiet movement of men who decided that paying attention is strength: men who would rather know than guess, ask than assume, show up than show off.

For him: join it. One question, two minutes a day, and let the results speak. The only rule: she knows. This works in the open or not at all.

For her: if your man tracks, post it and tag #HeTracks, and make him famous for it. He tracks because you told him once, and he listened. If he does not yet, send him this page.

The phone apps

Coming next, on iPhone and Android: the daily card on your lock screen, so you never have to remember to look. Leave your email and we will tell you when it is ready. Nothing else.

The web app is free and fully unlocked while HeTracks is in early access. One email when the phone apps are ready, and nothing else. We store your address only to send it, never sell or share it, and replying "remove" takes you off the list for good.
